Pastor Kyamuzungu, how he met Pastor Esther Kyamuzungu when he was so poor (he had these funny shoes) but loved to spread the gospel. Pastor Esther saw the God in her husband not the funny shoes. When Pastor Kyamuzungu wanted to proposal, he was so afraid to propose thinking he was sinning so he got a courage to propose but the wife laughed out loud and the laugh was miscommunicated “thinking she had rejected him” yet on her side she had seen the God in him, she was a businesswoman and the first person to get saved in her family which was a drunkard one. She really wanted her husband to pray for her family and also to take the gospel to home area. Pastor Kyamuzungu accepted to pray with her which was an opportunity for him to propose again and she accepted because she saw the God in him due to the changes that were happening her family not the “funny shoes as he thought”. Pastor Kyamuzungu narrates and says that; his wife was a blessing because big doors began opening – Pastor Morris Cellulo offered him to go study in the Bible College, U.S.A along with other preachers whereby he had to cut short his honeymoon and the wife was very fine with it meaning she was God’s perfect will.

Pastor Kyamuzungu and Esther Kyamuzungu have been married for 40 years without children. Pastor Esther kyamuzungu narrates how she used to pray for children but her husband kept comforting her saying that “children are an additional, I didn’t know come looking for children but Love you as my wife”
